The 212 units are older units, however they are very well maintained through our Capital Fund Program for ongoing improvements. Out of the 212 units, we have 13 ADA compliance of wheelchair accessibility units (four of these units are also for visual and hearing impaired), one visual and hearing impaired unit, 20 designated elderly units, 8 non-dwelling units, and all others are family-dwelling units.
